Our Story

A Taste of Paris
on Boston's South Shore

French Memories was born from a passion for authentic, handcrafted French baking. Founded by Philippe Odier — a Parisian-trained pastry chef from a multi-generational family of pastry chefs in Paris — the bakery has been a beloved landmark in Duxbury's historic Snug Harbor for over 35 years.

Today, Amilcar and Lillian Navarro carry that tradition forward with the same commitment: every croissant, baguette, and pastry is made entirely by hand, from scratch, baked to perfection each morning.
